Julie Beaudry is an intellectual property professional with a primary focus on trademark law. She supports clients in trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management, and contributes to the development and implementation of brand protection strategies across a range of industries.

Julie works closely with clients and foreign associates on Canadian trademark matters, overseeing the prosecution of trademark applications in Canada. She brings a thoughtful and adaptable approach to her work, combining strong attention to detail with a practical understanding of clients’ broader business and branding objectives.

Julie’s academic background in law, including a concentration in transnational law and human rights, informs her thoughtful and globally minded approach to intellectual property.

Outside of her practice, Julie enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. She regularly practices Pilates, goes to the gym, and enjoys hiking with her dog.
