Darshini Challa

Articling Student

Darshini graduated with her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, where she cultivated a strong interest in intellectual property law, particularly patents and copyright. Her interest in legal technology was shaped, in part, by her experience with the Conflict Analytics Lab, where she explored the intersection of law, technology, and AI.

Throughout law school, Darshini was actively involved in the Queen’s community through the Queen’s Law Journal, serving first as a Volunteer Editor, then as a Submissions Associate, and ultimately Co-Managing Editor of Submissions in her final year. She also served as

Vice-President of Administration for the Queen’s South Asian Law Students’ Association.

Prior to law school, Darshini graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University, majoring in Philosophy with a minor in Commerce. She also completed a Certificate in Applied Ethics and Policy.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing volleyball, hiking, learning new languages, and travelling.
