We’re hiring: Director, Finance & Operations
BRION RAFFOUL LLP is a leading Canadian intellectual property boutique with a strong national and international client base. As part of our continued growth, we have created a new senior leadership role: Director, Finance & Operations.
Reporting directly to the President, this role will lead the firm’s finance and operational functions, including accounting, budgeting, HR administration, facilities, IT oversight, and administrative team leadership. This is a hands-on position with meaningful responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape systems and processes for the long term.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong finance and operations leader with experience in professional services or a similar environment, who enjoys working close to the business and partnering with leadership.
Location: Ottawa (on-site with flexibility)
Start: Target February 2026
Salary: $125,000–$150,000+ (commensurate with experience)
