William is a rising 2L JD student at Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a combined major in Business and Computer Science from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, which included a study abroad term at the Copenhagen Business School. At Osgoode, he serves as a caseworker for the IP Innovation Clinic.

Prior to law school, William gained significant technical and advisory experience. He served as a Software Engineer Intern at Zennea Technologies, leading Android application development, and as a Risk Advisory Analyst Intern at Deloitte, managing IT and specialized assurance for global clients. His interest in intellectual property stems from this technical foundation combined with his experience at lululemon, where he developed a keen interest in the intersection of technology and apparel patents. These roles have refined his ability to communicate complex systems to diverse audiences.

William is fully bilingual in English and French and is fluent in Chinese. In his free time, he enjoys following Formula 1, and traveling, having paraglided in Switzerland and camel-ridden in Morocco.
