Tony is an incoming 2L JD student at Osgoode Hall Law School. Before relocating to Canada he earned a Master of Legal Studies degree from UCLA School of Law specializing in law and technology. At UCLA Tony took several intellectual property classes and developed a keen interest in the copyright infringement issues brought up by the recent development of generative AI. Prior to pursuing a legal career Tony was a senior software engineer (working on front-end development using React and PHP) at Facebook Inc. When not immersed in legal studies Tony finds solace in the pages of Chinese classics. He has also been passionate about Cold War history since elementary school.
