Haley recently completed the Global Professional Master of Laws at the University of Toronto and also holds an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law (U.S.) and a Juris Doctor from Yonsei University School of Law (South Korea).
Prior to coming to Canada, Haley worked as in-house counsel at a B2B manufacturing company and a leading franchise group in South Korea, advising on commercial matters. This experience sparked her interest in pursuing an intellectual property-focused practice. She also gained private practice experience at a law firm earlier in her career. Haley is licensed to practise law in South Korea and New York and is a Law Society of Ontario licensing candidate.
In her free time, Haley enjoys yoga, Pilates, and watching movies.
