Delaney is an incoming 3L student at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University where she is pursuing a Law and Technology specialization. During her time at Dalhousie she has been involved with a research project exploring the use of intellectual property laws to combat the Right to Repair problem in Canadian healthcare systems. Delaney also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University where she studied law philosophy and politics. Delaney is committed to access to justice and is excited to bring a strong public interest ethic to her position with Brion Raffoul.In her free time you can find Delaney exploring local cafés and breweries shopping at vintage stores or at home playing with her three cats!
